So a dear friend has a great project and I wanted to let you all know so if any of you would like to help you can. Last Christmas she spent time in the ICU and saw first hand the need for the following items. Her hope is to get a giant basket together of items that the nurses buy out of their own pockets to help patients be more comfortable!
The following items are what are needed shampoo, conditioner, hair combs/picks, brushes, hair ties/pony tail holders, and white boards/dry erase markers (for those patients that are not able to talk so they can communicate with staff and family) Also for those that travel or have spouses that travel hotel shampoo/conditioner would be awesome!!
If you need me to come pick items up from you please let me know. Any help you may offer will be greatly appreciated!
What an awesome way to give back! For those that don't live close by....maybe you could donate items to your local ICU!

I know where to get white boards pretty cheap. Let me know when you need them by and I can get you some. About how many do you think you need?
